Professionally, I've worked in PR and Communications within the Health and Biotechnology industries for over five years, helping clients bring their stories to their audiences through a mix of traditional and new media channels. Personally, I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, and for much of my life I've been fascinated by the art of storytelling. I see effective storytelling as a means of both informing and moving people to action. The right story at the right time can positively impact the decisions people make and how they interact with those around them. So this newsletter is my attempt at telling the important and fascinating stories happening in our world each week in my own words, with my own thoughts. I can't promise to be unbiased, but I can promise to write about topics that will interest and resonate with you.
